Custom and personalized orders

Please message me about all custom orders and we can build from there.

Be sure to message me with all the information you have (i.e.) the event you need it for, the date you need it for, perhaps a photo of your ensemble you want to match it to, etc., and be sure to respond to my questions in a timely manner to work together as efficiently as possible. Please understand I cannot spend loads of time with a lot of back and forth messaging, as that is all I would ever be able to do.

Shipping

I ship world-wide via USPS First Class Mail. If you'd like to UPGRADE your service for a *possibly* faster delivery, please make sure you select the correct shipping method at check out.

If you need your item by a certain time, please message either ahead of time or when you place your order. This way I can make sure it's possible.

I try to get all "ready to ship" items out within 3 days. All "made to order" or custom items time varies - see each individual listing for a delivery timeframe.

I am not responsible for delivery of items late, lost by post office, damaged or unable to deliver item.

Taxes/Import Fees (International Shipping)

If you live outside the USA, please make sure you know the the laws of your own country on import taxes/customs charges. If you are charged a customs fee to collect your package, this fee is charged by your country's postal service, not me. I am not responsible for this fee, you are. I have no way of predicting IF you will be charged, or what the amount might be. Please know the postal laws of your own country prior to ordering. Thank you!

Refunds and returns

If there is an issue with your order, please message me within 1 day of delivery and we can discuss from there.

Make sure to read all the descriptions and reach out to me if you have any questions about an item, need certain colors, need sizing information or need it to match a certain item. I can always build a custom piece just for you.

If your headpiece arrives damaged, first file a complaint with the post office ASAP and then take a photo and send it to me in order to discuss further options. I wrap my items very carefully, and once a package has left my caring hands I cannot be held responsible for delayed, lost, or packages damaged by the postal service while in-transit.

Item looks different from the photo

Again, please read the descriptions! Some items are remakes (made to order) and may have some differences. No two items are the same. If I run out of certain supplies, I will message you before I start the order to make sure you are satisficed with any changes.

Originals will be exactly as the photos but please keep in mind that colors can be slightly off due to lighting and colors do vary on different monitors. I try my best to describe each item as accurately as possible.

If you are looking for something in an exact color or style, or have any questions about an item, please feel free to message me. I put lots of effort and love into each item I make and want you to love it as much as I love making it for you.

Discounts

I do run coupon codes from time to time so be sure to keep in touch and follow me on social media.

If there is an item that you must have and can't afford, message me and we can build something around your budget together. I really love making people happy with my art and if I could afford to just give it away, I would but I need to be able to feed and provide for my family just like you.

Discounts may be given for bulk items but please keep in mind that I am a one person shop (everything is made by me). This will all depend on the time I have available and the cost of supplies/availabilities of supplies.

Photographers borrowing pieces

You must purchase the piece from the site and send me proof of receipt (tracking #) once shipped. If the item arrives in perfect condition, I will give a refund of the cost of the item.

You must give credit to and link Rainbow Goddess Designs in any publications and/or social media posts. Use of my pieces in photos automatically grants me permission to use in future advertising and are copywritten.

You must share any and all edited photos with me.

We must agree upon a return date before I ship the piece out to you.

Return shipment cost is photographers responsibility no exceptions.

If piece returned damaged, it is automatic loss of deposit.

Use of makeup that causes damage to piece may be charge a cleaning fee and loss of deposit.

Renting one of my pieces

Yes, I rent out select headpieces.

We must first agree upon a return date. You must then purchase the item/s as is on the site. All items must be shipped back in the original packaging and a shipping receipt (tracking #) sent to me. If the piece arrives in perfect condition, I will give a 50% refund of the cost of the piece.

Return shipment cost is renters responsibility no exceptions.

Email address and phone number are required for contract inquiries.

Some items are fragile due to natural materials used and the renter is responsible for any and all damage. It is an automatic loss of deposit on any damaged items.
