I ship world-wide via USPS First Class Mail. If you'd like to UPGRADE your service for a *possibly* faster delivery, please make sure you select the correct shipping method at check out.
If you need your item by a certain time, please message either ahead of time or when you place your order. This way I can make sure it's possible.
I try to get all "ready to ship" items out within 3 days. All "made to order" or custom items time varies - see each individual listing for a delivery timeframe.

If your headpiece arrives damaged, first file a complaint with the post office ASAP and then take a photo and send it to me in order to discuss further options. I wrap my items very carefully, and once a package has left my caring hands I cannot be held responsible for delayed, lost, or packages damaged by the postal service while in-transit.
Again, please read the descriptions! Some items are remakes (made to order) and may have some differences. No two items are the same. If I run out of certain supplies, I will message you before I start the order to make sure you are satisficed with any changes.

We must first agree upon a return date. You must then purchase the item/s as is on the site. All items must be shipped back in the original packaging and a shipping receipt (tracking #) sent to me. If the piece arrives in perfect condition, I will give a 50% refund of the cost of the piece.
Return shipment cost is renters responsibility no exceptions.

Some items are fragile due to natural materials used and the renter is responsible for any and all damage. It is an automatic loss of deposit on any damaged items.
